  1. When are uniforms ordered?

    Uniform orders for the upcoming school year are placed in May, with delivery scheduled for early September. It is important to adhere to the specified order deadline, as uniforms are produced abroad based on submitted requests. Throughout the year, we have certain quantities of uniforms in stock, but we cannot guarantee the availability of all sizes.

  2. How many items should we order?
    We recommend that parents order a minimum of 10 items in total.

  3. Is there an option to exchange or return the uniform if it doesn't fit?
    Yes, as long as we have another size available at the school. We maintain a limited stock for parents to exchange or replace items, but this stock gradually runs out over the course of the year.

  4. Are the clothes true to size?
    The trousers are bigger for their size, and the T-shirts and long-sleeved blouses are also wider.

  5. How to avoid lost or swapped uniforms?
    The uniforms come with a label that is suitable for marking. We recommend that parents mark them upon receiving the uniforms to prevent items from getting lost or exchanged.
